Transgender women the first police chief in Latin America 

What an amazing story of transgender woman Analia Pasantino in Argentina coming back to the police force after been forced to resign ten years ago when she came out as transgender. Now she is deputy police chief commissioner of judicial communications department. 
She is the first transgender police chief in Latin America. It is great to see that in some parts of the world that society is changing.

Let us keep moving forward with more transgender women and women in prominent and powerful positions in society and the workforce.
