Transgender Canadian woman sets off debate after winning cycling world championship | CBC Sports

Congratulations to Dr Rachel McKinnon. It is a shame that she has to maintain such unhealthily low testosterone levels to compete. Something that hopefully will be changed in the future to be a more sensibly low level which is healthy.

Dr. Rachel McKinnon is the first transgender woman to win a world championship after she finished first at the UCI Track Cycling World Championship on Sunday.
