Terry Miller, Andraya Yearwood, transgender sprinters, finish 1st, 2nd at Connecticut championships – Washington Times

This is great to see however can see how it creates a dilemma for organizers in some ways as not all will be happy to see trans students compete with the other girls. However provided they are hormone therapy and adhering to guidelines to compete then they should be able to participate.

Andraya Yearwood of Cromwell High School recently finished second in the 55-meter dash at the Connecticut state open indoor track championships. The winner, Terry Miller of Bloomfield High, is also transgender and set a girls state indoor record of 6.95 seconds.
